Funeral services were held Sunday, Nov. 12, 2 p.m. at the New Bethel
Free Will Baptist Church at Riceville, Ky., for Lisa Ann May, 38, of
Leander, Ky., who passed away Wednesday, Nov. 8 at her residence.
  
Ms. May was born Sept. 17, 1968 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter
of Linda Blanton May of Leander, Ky., and the late Paul E. May. She
was also preceded in death by one sister, Brenda Kay May.
  
Surviving are one son, Paul Michael May of Paintsville, Ky.; one
daughter, Belinda Justine May of Paintsville; two brothers, Paul
David May of Leander and Darrell Edward May of Paintsville; three
sisters, Teresa Lynn and Judy Carol May, both of Leander, and Dena
Lou May of Paintsville; and several nieces and nephews.
  
The service was officiated by Donald Ray Caudill and Joe Scott, with
burial in the May Cemetery on Greasy Creek at Leander.
  
Arrangements under the direction of the Jones-Preston Funeral Home of
Paintsville.
