Jones-Preston Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for
Shirley Blevins King, 74, who died Monday, July 13,1998, at
Highlands Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg,
Floyd Co Ky.
  
Mrs. King was born August 29, 1923, in Johnson County, to the
late Elisha and Lizzie Craft Blevins. She was a member of 
Little Mud Lick Church of God.
  
She was also preceded in death by her husband, John D. King.
  
Surviving are one son, Johnny King of Staffordsville; and 
one brother, Wayne C. Blevins of Paintsville.
 
Funeral services were held Wednesday Jul.15 at the Lick Church
of God, with Toby Wheeler and Dick VanHoose officiating.
  
Burial was in Staffordsville Church Cemetery,
Staffordsville, Johnson Co Ky.
