WILLIAM THOMAS JACOVITCH
1923-1999
     
Retired miner William Thomas Jacovitch, 75, died Thursday,
April 29,1999  at his Nippa residence.
  
Mr. Jacovitch was born July 30 1923, in Minnesota, to the
late Nickoli and Domnica Nichitory 
Jacovitch.
  
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
   
Surviving are his wife, Helen Music Jacovitch; three sons
William N. Jacovitch of Selma,. North Carolina, and Pete
and Paul Jacovitch, both of Saginaw Michigan.
one stepson, Charles Ferrell Jr. of Livonia, Michigan;
one daughter, Mary Francis Jacovitch of Marquette,
Michigan; two brothers, John Jacovitch of Wisconsin and
Pete Jacovitch of Minnesota; one sister, Annie 
Jacovitch of Minnesota;
and 13 grandchildren. 
   
Funeral services were held Sunday, May 2, at Jones-Preston
Funeral Home, with Terry Conley officiating.
   
Burial was in Roy Meadows Cemetery at Nippa,
Johnson County Ky.
