Norma Mae Tackett Hall, 81, of Staffordsville, died
Tuesday, Aug. 13, at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center,
Paintsville.
  
Born May 2, 1921, in Johnson County, a daughter of the late
Charles G. and Mallie Blevins Tackett, she was a homemaker.
  
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Hall.
   
Survivors include four sons, Edsel Blevins of Wittensville,
Charles W. Hall and Jim Hall, both of Springfield, Ohio,
and David H. Hall of Mechanicburg; three daughters, Norma
E. Lyons of Springfield, and Darlene King and Nella A.
Collins, both of Staffordsville; a brother, Silver D.
Tackett of Muncey, Ind.; a sister, Nella F. Hall of
Colorado Springs, Colo.; 20 grandchildren; 48 great-
grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
  
Funeral services were conducted by Revs. Lowell King and
Bob Lyons Saturday, Aug. 17, at Jones- Preston Funeral
Home, Paintsville.
  
Burial was in Staffordsville Church Cemetery under
direction of Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
