SHELLIE GRIFFITH

Shellie Griffith, 84, died Tuesday Jun. 26 2001 in West View Manor in
Paintsville.

Miss Griffith was born Aug. 23, 1916, in Magoffin County, a daughter of
Morton and Nancy Evelyn Blair Griffith.

Surviving are four sisters, Edna McKenzie of Staffordsville, Alice Rice
and Lillian Gullett, both of Hager Hill, and Ella Mae Patrick of
Westville, Ill.; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral was held at 12:30 p.m. today at Jones-Preston Funeral Home in
Paintsville by Lowell Pelphrey and Ronnie Spriggs.

Burial was in Preston Family Cemetery in Hager Hill.
