MAYFORD GAIL FAIRCHILD
1938-1998
Funeral services will be held today, Friday, October 23,for Mayford
Gail Fairchild 60, who died October 13 1998 at Cabell Huntington
Hospital, Huntington, West Virginia.
Mr. Fairchild was born January 16, 1938, in Johnson County to Erie
Blanton Fairchild and the late Eugene Fairchild.
He was a laborer.
Surviving are his mother; six brothers, Harold of Staffordsville,
Gary and Eual, both of Oil Springs, James and Denzil, both of Low
Gap; and Elwood of Louisville; and four sisters, Diane Blanton of Oil
Springs, Loretta Holden of Louisville, Donna Morgan of Anna,
Illinois, and Jewell Fairchild of Paintsville.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. at Paintsville Funeral Home
Chapel, with Jerry Scott and Rev. Dick VanHoose officiating.
Burial will be in Blanton Cemetery at Oil Springs.
