LECK DAVIS 1858-1933 Leck Davis, age 70, died at his home at West Van Lear Monday night, following an illness of several months. He was a well known and prominent man of the county and a member of one of the oldest families of the Big Sandy Valley. He was a son of the late Judge Bracken L. Davis, one of the county's prominent citizens in his day. Funeral services were held from the home Thursday afternoon. Burial in the Davis family cemetery on Davis Branch.
