Funeral services will be held tomorrow, Thursday, for Murl Collins,
71, who died Monday, March 26, 2001, at Highlands Regional Medical
Center.
  
Mrs. Collins was born January 17, 1930, to the late Ali and Sadie
Collins Wells.
  
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Martin Dallas Collins.
  
Surviving are one daughter, Dorothy Fannin of Hager Hill; two
brothers, Sammie J. Wells of Van Lear and Ali Wells Jr. of
Paintsville; seven sisters, Mary Rider of Paintsville, Doris Fannin
of Van Lear, Lorraine Mollette of Allen, Emma Jean Caudill of
Russell, Elleen Martin of Raceland, Cindy Morris of Ashland and Donna
Rambo of Worthington; and two grandchildren and six great-
grandchildren.
  
Officiating at 1 p.m. services at Paintsville Funeral Home Chapel
will be Rev. Garmon D. Preece.
  
Burial will follow in Wells Family Cemetery at Van Lear.
