Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.
  
Katelynn was born July 20 in Fayette County, Kentucky to Jonathan
David Caduill and Terri Lackey.
    
Also surviving are grandparents, Evalene and Frank Childers, Dwayne
and Cheryl Lackey and Shelby Lackey.
  
Graveside services will be conducted 12 Noon at Collins Family
Cemetery. Friends may call from 10:00 A.M. until 12 Noon, Sunday,
July 27 at Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
  
Burial will be at Collins Family Cemetery, Sycamore Branch, 
Van Lear, Kentucky.
