ALICE KAYE BUTCHER
1940–2002
Funeral services were held Sunday, December 1, 11 a.m. at
Phillip Cove Freewill Baptist Church for Alice Kaye Butcher,
52, who passed away Friday, November 29, 2002 at Highland
Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg.
Mrs. Butcher was born March 13, 1940 in Johnson County,
daughter of the late Monroe and Dorothy Spraldin Dalton.
Surviving are her husband, Earl Ray Butcher; two daughters,
Tammy Adkins of Van Lear, and Sharon Spence of Tomahawk, Ky.;
seven grandchildren; three brothers, Timothy Sizemore of
Tomahawk, James Sizemore of Wabash, Ind., and Orville Sizemore
of Somerset, Ky.; two sisters, Jessica Spence of Tomahawk, and
Charlotte Preston of Boons Camp.
The service was officiated by Bob Baker, with burial following
in Butcher Cemetery, Boons Camp.
Arrangements under direction of Prston Funeral Home.
