WILLIAM SHERMAN BLANTON PAINTSVILLE MAN DIES William Sherman Blanton, 25, a native of this city, died last week at his home following a lingering illness. Funeral services were held here, conducted by the Rev. Hargus Conley and the Rev. Jimmie Yates and interment was in the family cemetery. Born March 21 1921, he was a son of Sherman Blanton of Ohio and Mrs. Merva Blanton of Paintsville. Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife and three children.
