SANFORD FRANKLIN BLANTON

Retired farmer, Sanford Franklin Blanton, 76, died Wednesday,
August 22, in the Huntington, West Virginia Veterans Hospital.
  
Mr. Blanton was born July 2,1914 in Johnson County, the son of
William and Lola Colvin Blanton. He was a veteran of World War II.
  
Surviving are his wife, Thoral Daniel Blanton; and two aunts,
Bertha Stambaugh and Verna Butler.
  
Funeral services were held Friday, August 24, in Paintsville
Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. John F. Ramey officiating.
  
Burial was in Blanton Cemetery at Volga.
