PEARLIE BLAIR 1902-1986 Funeral services were held Friday February 21, 1986, in Paintsville Funeral Home Chapel for Mrs. Pearlie Blair, 84. Mrs. Blair died February 19 at the Nippa home of her sister, June Conley, following an extended illness. She was born January 13 1902, in Johnson County, the daughter of Samuel and Delilah Osborne Tackett. She was a resident of Wittensville and a member of the Freewill baptist Church. Her husband, Bill Blair, preceded her in death April 15 1980. Surviving are two sons, James E. Young of Wittensville and Flem Osborne Jr., of Stambaugh; a daughter, Kathleen Osborne of Paintsville; two brothers, Flem Tackett of Springfield, Ohio; and Ray Tackett of Thealka; three sisters, Collista Kitchen of Springfield, June Conley of Nippa and Flossie McFaddin of Paintsville; seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Rev. John Frank Ratliff and Roger Hill officiated at services with burial at Staffordsville. NOTE: "STAFFORDSVILLE FREEWILL BAPTIST CHURCH CEMETERY"
