Preston Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for Manuel
Blair, 65, who died Sunday, June 22, at his Paintsville residence.
  
Mr. Blair was born June 17, 1932, in Johnson County, to the late
Grant and Bessie Borders Blair.  He was self-employed.
  
Surviving are two brothers, Marcus Blair of Jackson, Michigan, and
Marvis Blair of Williamson, West Virginia; and three sisters,
Magdalene Saylor and Martha Jane Saylor, both of Staffordsville,
and Margaret Burgess of Paintsville.
  
Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 24, at Preston Funeral
Home Chapel, with Orville Waller, Charles Stapleton and Willard
Holliday officiating.
  
Burial was in Blair Cemetery at Staffordsville.
