HANSEL BLAIR
Hansel Blair, 59, died October 20, 1981 in Paintsville Hospital.
Born in Johnson County May 1, 1922, he was the son of Dewey and Mary Blair.
Mr. Blair was a resident of Denver and a member of the United Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Baldwin Blair; two sons, Toy Blair, Paintsville, and Benson Blair, Denver; five daughters Eldalene Haney and Ann Spradlin, Denver, Nellowene Fairchild, Vickie Wheeler and Burletta Ratliff, Staffordsville; two sisters, Avonell Hitchcock and Eula Gullett, both of Denver; and ten grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday, October 23, in Beechwall United Baptist Church with Elders James Spradlin, James Blair and Mitchell Baldwin officiating.
Burial was in the family cemetery at Denver under the direction of Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
