BESSIE BLAIR

Bessie Blair, 71, died Friday, January 1, 1982 at Paintsville
Hospital.
  
Born January 28, 1910 in Magoffin County, she was the daughter of
Clint and Nancy Saylor Borders.  Mrs. Blair was a resident of
Barnetts Creek.
  
Her husband, Grant Blair, preceded her in death in 1979.
  
She is survived by three sons, Marvin Blair, Borderland, W. Va.,
Manuel Blair, Paintsville, and Marcus Blair, Jackson, Mich.; three
daughters, Magdalene and Martha Saylor, Barnetts Creek, and
Margaret Hawkins, Paintsville; two brothers, Fred and Willie
Borders, Falcon; two half- brothers, Floyd Crace and Lloyd Sayler,
Ohio; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
  
Funeral services were held Sunday, January 3, at Jones-Preston
Funeral.
