JOHNSON COUNTY — David Clinton Belcher, 45, of Lexington, died
Thursday, Jan. 2, 2003 at U.K. Medical Center, Lexington.

Born June 19, 1957, in Pike County, he was a son of Herbert G.
Belcher and Mary A. Stacy Cheatham. He was a laborer.

Additional survivors include his step-father, Elisha M.
Cheatham; a daughter; a brother, Joe Stacy of Van Lear; and
two sisters, Tressa Gilbert and Ferne Meade, both of Florida.

Funeral services were Monday, Jan. 6, at Jones-Preston Funeral
Home Chapel, Paintsville, with Rev. Steve Rose officiating.

Burial was in Lakeview Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville,
under direction of Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
