JESSIE ARMS
1914-1977
    
Mrs. Jessie Jones Arms, 63, died Monday, February 21, in Highland
Regional Medical Center following an illness of several weeks.
  
She was born February 21, 1914 in Johnson County, the daughter of L.
B. and Zella Gibbs Jones, and was a resident of Paintsville and a
member of the Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Church.
 
Surviving are her mother, Zella Jones; her husband, Hershel Arms,
whom she married on August 3, 1933; two sons, Douglas Arms and John
Thomas Arms, both of Lincoln Park, MI; two daughters, Judee Spears
and Lesia Arms, both of Paintsville, a brother, Ray B. Jones of
Paintsville, two sisters, Marie J. Wheeler of Paintsville and Violet
Rowe of Hager Hill; and six grandchildren.
  
Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 24, in the
Paintsville Funeral Home Chapel with Hobert Spurlock as officiating
minister.
  
Burial was in the Jones Family Cemetery at Sitka with Paintsville
Funeral Home handling arrangements.
