Fuget residents Novia Adams, 76, died September 22 in Cabell
Huntington, WV.
  
Mrs. Adams was born December 1, 1909; in Johnson County, the
daughter of Dock and Tallie Young Cantrell.
  
She was a member of the United Baptist Church.
  
Her husband, Mart Adams, preceded her in death in 1966.
  
Surviving are two sons, James Adams of Barnetts Creek and
Willard Adams of Fuget; six daughters, Lesta Adams of Fuget
,Esta Penix of Hager Hill, Christine Meade of Elna, Linda
Mollette of Columbus, Ohio, Pauline Jaynes of Salyersville,
Edna Ramey of Flat Gap and Euda Curtis of Flat Gap; 20
grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
  
Funeral services were held September 24 in Jones-Preston
Funeral Home Chapel with Elders Eual McKenzie, Paul Keaton
and Eulas Adams officiating.
  
Burial was in the family cemetery at Fuget.
