Well Known Barber Passes October 14
Earl Van Hoose, 57, prominent citizen and barber of Bridgford, died
suddenly Sunday, Oct 14, with heart ailment.
The son of the late Lafayette and Elizabeth Van Hoose, he was a
lifelong and well-known resident of this vicinity and had many friends
and relatives.
Surviving are his widow, Phoebe Van Hoose one son Clifford, with the
Navy and one brother, Ivan Clifford Van Hoose, City.
Funeral services were held at the home on Wednesday by Rev. M. Wiley,
Rev Millard Van Hoose, Rev. F. S. Van Hoose and Rev. Bryon Van Hoose.
Interment was made in the family cemetery, city, under the directions
of the undertaking department of the Paintsville Furniture Company.
