ANDY TACKETT
1931-1993
Bryan Fraley & Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for
Andy J. Tackett. Jr., 62, who died December 18 (1993) in Columbus,
Ohio.
Mr. Tackett was born February 14, 1931, in Johnson County, the son
of Andy, Sr. and Ida Castle Tackett. He was retired and a member
of the Freewill Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Barbara Pond Tackett; his mother; three
daughters, Linda Topper, Debra McConnell and Andra Ford, all of
Columbus; three brothers, Robie, Carl, and James Tackett, all of
Whitehouse; three sisters, Evian McMahen and Loretta Blake, both of
Columbus, and Margie Welch of Whitehouse; and five grandchildren
and one great grandchild.
Funeral services were held Monday, December 20 at Hammond Freewill
Baptist Church, with Rev. Issac Rowland and James Blake
officiating.
Burial was in Tackett Cemetery at Whitehouse.
