Patsy Blackburn Meade, 55, of Stockport, Ohio, formerly of Floyd
County, died Wednesday, July 3, 2002 at the Good Samaritan Hospital,
Zanesville, Ohio, following a sudden illness.
Born June 9, 1947, a daughter of the late Amos and Sarah Clark
Blackburn, she was a homemaker and a member of the United Methodist
Church, Southport, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Richard Blackburn,
Rufford Blackburn and Joe David Blackburn.
Survivors include her husband, Jarvey J. Meade; two brothers, Danny
Blackburn and Darvin Blackburn, both of Prestonsburg; and a sister,
Faye Lord of Tennessee.
Funeral services were Sunday, July 7, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral
Home, Martin, with Paul David Coleman officiating.
Burial was at the Crace Family Cemetery, Johnson County, under the
direction of the Nelson- Frazier Funeral Home, Martin.
