MARGURIETTE MEADE
1923-1970
  
Services were held Monday, June 22, at the chapel of the
Paintsville Funeral Home, for Marguriette Meade, 46, who died
Saturday at her home.
  
She was the daughter of Arnollis and Beulah Ward Meade, and had
been a lifelong resident of Paintsville, born here in September,
1923.
   
A secretary, she previously had been employed by the Department of
Child Welfare. She was a member of the Mayo United Methodist
Church.
  
Surviving brothers and sisters include Dr. Howard Meade and Mrs.
Helen Pack of Paintsville, Arnollis Meade of Lexington, Curtis
Meade of Detroit, Charles Meade of Washington, D.C., and Lourita
Schweinfest of San Francisco. Rev. Leslie M. Rogers officiated at
the services.
  
Pallbearers were Roger Lyons, P. J. Peade, Guy Meade, Bob Meade,
Greg Meade and Chad Meade. Burial was in the Wells Cemetery at
Paintsville.
  
The Paintsville Funeral Home was in Charge of Arrangements.

Burial was in the J. B. Wells Cemetery, Depot Road, Paintsville.
