ROBERTA ELIZABETH MCKENZIE
1911-1993
  
Volga resident, Roberta Young McKenzie, 81, died
Wednesday March 3, 1993 at her residence.
  
Mrs. McKenzie was born July 31, 1911 in Lawrence County,
the daughter of the late William and Rachel Lemaster
Young.
  
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elzie McKenzie,
in 1968.
  
Surviving are two daughters, Reva Rose and Janet McKenzie
both of Volga; two sisters, Delphia Lemaster of
Paintsville and Nola Jean Adkins of Louisa; and one
grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
  
Funeral services were held Friday, March 5, 1993 in
Preston Funeral Home Chapel with Ellis Hamilton and John
Fred Ramey officiating.
  
Burial was in Sparks Cemetery at Flat Gap.
