JERRY LEE KING 1952-2008 JOHNSON COUNTY Jerry Lee "Gator" King, 55, of Staffordsville, died Saturday, Feb. 16, at Parkview Nursing Home, Pikeville. Born May 3, 1952, in Johnson County, he was a son of Clarence King of Staffordsville and Emma Lemaster. He was retired from R&L Paving. Additional survivors include two sons, Tommy King of Clarksville, Tenn., and Rocky King of New Albany, Ind.; two daughters, Francis Yeager of DePaul, Ind. and Jessie Marie King of Minnesota; four brothers, James King of Meally, and Larry King, Benny King and David King, all of Staffordsville; three sisters, Betty Castle of Thealka, Linda Spears of Hager Hill and Rita Music of Sitka; and two grandchildren. Funeral services were Monday, Feb. 18, at Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel, Paintsville, with Eulas Adams, Allen Fannin, and Dean Tackett officiating.
