Rites Saturday At Lowmansville Mrs. Erma Judd, 50, resident of
Lowmansville, died in a local hospital at 11:45 a.m., Thursday,
August 2, after an illness of seven days.

Death was caused by a blood clot.

The daughter of Sanford and Clara Castle Chandler,
she was born May 31, 1912, and had been a lifelong resident of
Lowmansville.

She was a member of the Church of God.

She was married at Lowmansville January 11, 1934 to Roy Judd, who
survives.

Other survivors include a son, Roy Marvin Judd, Lowmansville; two
brothers Mitchell Chandler, Ashland; Virgil Chandler, Azusa, CA;
three sisters, Mrs. Eva Lykins, Lexington; Mrs. Effie Johnson,
Charleston, WV; Mrs. Pina George, Hamilton, OH.

Funeral services were conducted at the home at 10:30 a.m.,
Saturday with Rev. J. W. Lykins as officiating minister.

Active pallbearers were Morris Young, Billie Joe Scarberry,
Russell Chandler, Willie chandler, Duard Chandler, and Fred Hayes.

Burial was in the family cemetery at Lowmansville.
