WILLIE HAMPTON

Willie “Bill” Hampton, 80, died January 11 in Highlands Regional
Medical Center at Prestonsburg.
  
Mr. Hampton was born June 6, 1904, in Johnson County.  He was a
resident of Sitka and a retired employee of C & O Railroad.
  
His wife, Leona Rose Hampton, preceded him in death August 19, 1983.
  
Surviving is a nephew, Hobie Dean Witten of Sitka.
  
Funeral services were held Sunday, January 13, in Paintsville Funeral
Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny Skaggs officiating.
  
Burial was in the family cemetery at Paintsville.
