Son of Mrs. Wiley Hall
Killed in Korea in 1950

The body of Pfc. Marvin Hall, who was killed in Korea
September 26, 1950, has been returned here for burial.

The son of Mrs. Cinda Ann Hall and the late Wiley Hall,
former sheriff of Johnson County, Pfc. Hall resided at
Winifred before his induction into the Army.

Surviving besides his mother are one sister, Mrs. Dora
Ann Holbrook, Winifred, and two brothers; Howard Hall of
Columbus and Earl Hall of Winifred.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 9, at 1:00
p.m. at the Enterprise Baptist Church at the mouth of
Puncheon with the Rev. Bruce Daniel officiating.

Music will be furnished by the Toms Creek Singers and
graveside services will be conducted by the American
Legion.

Interment will be in the family cemetery at Winfred
under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home.
