CYNTHIA ANN GULLETT
1865-1951
Mrs. Cynthia Ann Gullett, 83, well-known resident of the city, died
at the home of her daughter Mrs. George Kimbler, at 6:00 a.m.,
Saturday, March 24, following an illness of two years.
A native of Magoffin County, she was born April 16, 1865, the
daughter of the late John W. and Elzia Pace Litteral. Her husband
Charles Gullett preceded her in death in 1936.
Surviving are two other daughters, Mrs. Ida Wagner, Ashland, and Mrs.
Ava Carter, Cleveland, and one son Matthew of this city. She also
leaves one sister, Mrs. Celia Richie, Cincinnati, Ohio, and one
brother Amos Litteral, Oil Springs.
Funeral services were conducted at the Kimbler home on Peach Street
at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 27, by Rev. Harry Salyer and Rev. Henry
Tackett.
Burial was in the Town Cemetery under the direction of the Jones
Funeral Home.
