MRS. GREEN DIES AFTER LONG ILLNESS
  
Mrs. Ellen Green, 78, wife of the late Garfield Green, died
Thursday at her home near Davisville from a lingering case of
tuberculosis.
  
Mrs. Green had been confined to her bed for more than a year.
  
Surviving are her children; Hobart, Manda, and Gracie Green and
Mrs. Jess Wheeler, all of Davisville.
  
Last rites were held at the home, Thursday, with Rev. G. V. Cordle
officiating and interment was made in the family buring ground at
Franks Creek.
