Rowland Daniel, 59, died Friday, November 30,1979, in
Veterans Hospital, Lexington.
  
A resident of Tutor Key, he was born in Johnson County,
June 19,1920, the son of Milroy L. and Genoa Lemaster
Daniel. He was employed as a carpenter.
  
Surviving are a brother and three sisters, Charles C.
Daniel,Tutor Key; Kathern Short and Zora Phelps, Van
Lear, and Josephine Ward, Gloucester,Va.
  
Funeral services were held Monday, December 3,in Jones-
Preston Funeral Home with Rev. John Martin Wheeler
officiating.
  
Burial was in the family cemetary,Tutor Key, with Jones-
Preston Funeral Home handling the arrangements.
