MARGIE CLARK 1888-1941 Margie Clark, 60 Dies of Heart Ailment March 27 Van Lear Woman Was Sister Of Mrs. Jack Crutcher Mrs. Margie Clark, 60, sister of Mrs. Jack Crutcher of this city, died at 8:10 A. M., Saturday, March 27, at her home in Van Lear of a heart ailment and other complications of several years duration. She was born at Van Lear January 27, 1888, the daughter of Tive and Nettie Hyden, members of two of Johnson County's prominent families. She was married to Morgan Clark of Van Lear about twenty-five years ago. Mrs. Clark was a loyal and devoted member of the Christian Church. Besides her husband she is survived by four sisters; Mrs. R. M. Akers, Kermit, W. Va., Mrs. Alex Webb, Graves Branch, Ky., Mrs. Jack Crutcher, city, and Mrs. Arthur Strong, Cincinnati, Ohio, one brother, Glen Hobson, Tucon, Arizona, also survives. Funeral services were conducted at the residence at 10:00 A. M., Monday, March 29, by Revs. S. C. Honeycutt and J. H. Short. Burial was in the family cemetery near Van Lear.
