Peggy Cantrell, 58, of Paintsville, Ky., died Saturday
November 30 1996, at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical
Center, Paintsville.
She was born Januray 8 1938 in Johnson County, daughter
of the late Harry "Hack" and Carrie Blanton McKenzie.
She is survived by her husband, Jesse Cantrell;
two sons, Neal Cantrell of Paintsville; Mark Cantrell
of Denver; four grandchildren; three brothers,
Willis McKenzie, Staffordsville; Victor McKenzie,
Zanesville, Ohio; James McKenzie, Paintsville; four
sisters, Beulah Trimble, Staffordsville; Phyllis Merit,
Battlecreek, Michigan; Ruth Branham, Battlecreek,
Michigan; Ann Lewis, Grove City, Ohio.
Services were 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 2 1996, at
Paintsville Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Eulas Adams,
Eual McKenzie, Richard Williams and Jerry McKenzie,
officiating.
Burial was in Blanton Branch Cemetery, Oil Springs.
