HENRY CANTRELL
1905-1981
  
Henry Cantrell, 76, died Monday, December 28, at his home in
Fuget after a lengthy illness.
  
He was born August 7, 1905, in Johnson County, the son to
Mace and Lou Pendleton Cantrell.
    
He was a member of Enterprise Baptist Church.
  
Mr. Cantrell is survived by his wife, Edith Potter Cantrell;
three step-sons, George Spriggs, Fuget, Robert Potter,
Thelma and Shannon Spriggs, Raleigh N.C.; one daughter,
Loretta Abrons, Flatwoods; one step-daughter Nancy Spriggs,
Oil Springs; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild and
eight step-grandchildren.
  
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. today Wednesday,
December 30, at Enterprise Baptist Church, Flat Gap. Rev
Harold Salyer and Elder Eual McKenzie.
  
Burial will follow in the family cemetery at Fuget with
Paintsville Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
