HENRY C. BOLIN
1894-1971

H. C. Bolin, a retired Oil Springs merchant, passed away January 13
after a long illness.

Born 76 years ago to the late Paralines and Martha Ferguson Bolin, he
was a member of the Free Will Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mauda Turner Bolin; a son in Lexington,
Herman Bolin; four daughters, Imogene Blair and Pauline Conley of
Troy, Ohio, Shirley Cormney of Bowling Green and Janice Preston of
Sitka; a brother in Olive Hill, Manuel Bolin, and four sisters,
Celina Gilley of Covington, Laura Seaboet of Ashland, and Anna Travis
and Mae Turner of Tampa, Fla.

Funeral services were conducted by Ellis Hamilton, Charles Stapleton
and Aruth {Arthur} Harmon on January 16 in the Pigeon Free Will
Baptist Church.

Interment was in the family cemetery at Oil Springs, with the Jones-
Preston Funeral Home in charge.
