FRANK BLAIR SR.
1923-1976
Frank Blair, Sr., 53, died Friday, November 5, in the Cleveland
Clinic, Cleveland, OH.
He was the son of Green and Mary Jackson Blair. Mr. Blair was born
August 9, 1923, in Johnson County.
He was a resident of Columbus, OH, a painter and a veteran of World
War II.
Surviving are his wife, Pauline McKenzie Blair, three sons, Frank
Jr., and Mike, both of Columbus and William of Orient, OH, a
daughter, Mrs. Judy Rogers of Columbus; five sisters, Mrs. Ruby
Hamilton of Thealka, Mrs. Betty Stambaugh and Mrs. Ruth Collins, both
of Paintsville, Mrs. Sylvia Roberts of Stockdale, OH, and Mrs. Cora
Cantrell of Auxier and five grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, November 9, in the Cold Springs
United Baptist Church with Lonza Reed and Eual McKenzie as
officiating ministers.
Burial was in the Patty Flat Cemetery at Elna with Paintsville
Funeral Home handling arrangements.
