Edward J. Blair, 79, died March 26 1986 in Vinton, OH.
  
He was born March 23, 1907, in Johnson County, the son of FRANK and
LUMIE WEBB BLAIR, and was a retired electrician.
  
Surviving are his wife, May Sinnette; a son, James Franklin Blair
of Duluth, GA; and three grandchildren.
  
Funeral services were held Sunday, March 30, in Jones-Preston
Funeral Home Chapel with James A. Davis officiating.
  
Burial was in Blair Cemetery at Hager Hill.
