BOBBY E. ADKINS
1931-1990
Bobby E. Adkins, 59 died Monday, July 30, at his West Van Lear
residence.
Mr. Adkins was born April 19, 1931 in Johnson County, the son of Kent
and Allie Blair Adkins. He was a reared truck driver with Alfred Rice
Trucking.
Surviving are two daughters, Oralee Sadler, of Stambaugh, and Leeann
Adkins, of Denver; two brothers, Hubert Lee Adkins, of West Van Lear,
and Kenneth Adkins, of Tipp City, Ohio; two sisters, Nellie Adkins,
of West Van Lear, and Joyce Ann Music, of Wabash, Indiana; two
grandchildren; and several stepchildren; and step-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Thursday, August 2, in Preston Funeral
Home Chapel, with Kenny Collins and Roger Hill officiating.
Burial was in Lakeview Memorial at Staffordsville.
