James Perkowski
1977-2003

Graveside services were held Wednesday, August 13, 12 noon at
Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville, Ky. for James Perkowski,
26, who passed away Monday, August 4 2003.

Mr. Perkowski was born January 23, 1977 in Johnson County, Ky., son
of Jeffery Perkowski of Tenn. and Anita Caudill Opp of Naples, Fla.

He was serving with the U. S. military.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife, Michelle
Perkowski; two sons, Damion and Marcus Perkowski, both of San Pedro,
Ca.; maternal grandmother, Georgean Caudill of Staffordsville, Ky.;
two sisters, Cristy Michelle Perkowski of Naples, Fla., and Kelly
Marie Griffith of Biloxi, Miss.; one niece, Katlin Rae Seimon; one
nephew, Ethan Taylor.

The service was officiated by Dick VanHoose and Donald Ray Caudill.

Arrangements under the direction of Jones-Preston Funeral Home of
Paintsville, Ky.
