MARY A. PATRICK
1898-1983
  
Mary A. Patrick, 85, died December 2 at the home of her daughter
in Mt. Gilead, Ohio.
  
She was born in Johnson County October 13, 1898, the daughter of
Henry and Elizabeth Chandler Burchett.
  
Mrs. Patrick was a resident of Nippa and a member of the
Freewill Baptist Church.
  
Her husband, Brad Patrick, preceded her in death in 1971.
  
Surviving are four sons, Henry Patrick, Wittensville, Bradley
Patrick Jr., Glennville, Ga., Carl Patrick, Paintsville, and
Clyde Patrick, Mt. Gilead; five daughters, Margie Wells,
Wittensville, Virgie Grimm and Polly Wells, Mt. Gilead, Ohio,
Maudie Grim and Tee Caudill, Nippa; a brother, Isaac Burchett,
Sitka; a sister, Emily Music, East Point, 15 grandchildren, 21
great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
  
Funeral services were held December 5 in Tom’s Creek Freewill
Baptist Church with Revs. Dan Patrick, Grover Castle and Ellis
Hamilton officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under the
direction of the Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
