Ronnie Allen Hitchcock, Sr., 58, of Paintsville, died Saturday,
April 15, 2006 at his residence.

Born Feb. 22, 1948, he was a son of Anna Jewell Crace of
Paintsville, and the late Carl Vencil Hitchcock.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Michael Keith

Additional survivors include a son, Ronnie Allen Hitchcock, Jr.
of Paintsville; two daughters, Karen Hitchcock of Paintsville and
Paula Wheeler of Winchester; five brothers, Ballard Hitchcock of
Paintsville, David Hitchcock of River, John Daniel Hitchcock and
Timothy Hitchcock, both of Staffordsville, and Richard Hitchcock
of Whitesburg; two sisters, Joann Holbrook of Van Lear, and Diane
Meek of Thelma; five grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Tuesday, April 18, at Paintsville Funeral
Home Chapel, Paintsville. Graveside military honors were conducted
by Chapter 18 DAV.

Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under
direction of Paintsville Funeral Home.
