Jeffrey Sutton Goggans, 44, of Paintsville, died Sunday, March 26,
2006 at his residence.
  
Born Dec. 8, 1961, in Atlanta, Ga., he was a son of Lavaugh T.
"L.T." "Bunk" and Glenda Barnett Goggans of Paintsville. He was
employed with Goggans Construction Company.
  
Additional survivors include two sons, Elijah Goggans and Cole
Goggans, both of Staffordsville; and a brother, Dr. Phillip Neal
Goggans of Seattle, Wash.
  
Funeral services were Wednesday, March 29, at Mayo Memorial United
Methodist Church, Paintsville, with John Boyd officiating.
  
Entombment was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under
direction of Jones-Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville.
