Hazel Goble, 76, of Paintsville, died Tuesday, February 3, 1998, at
Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center.
  
She was born October 4, 1921, in Odds, the daughter of Martin
Spears and Bertha Cumbo.
  
She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents and
her husband, Ruben Goble.
  
She is survived by one son, Lonnie Goble of West Van Lear; two
sisters, Eula Collins of Bowling Green and Janet Webb of Grayson;
and three grandchildren.
  
Services were February 5, at Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel with
Jerry Scott officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park in Staffordsville.
