Pauline Flannagan Gant, 77, of Salyersville, died Wednesday, July
4, at Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg.
  
Mrs. Gant was born January 23, 1924, at Woodlawn, Ill., the
daughter of the late Plomer Flannagan and Janie Tarwater Flannagan.
  
She was also preceded in death by four brothers, Claude Flannagan,
Homer Flannagan, Todd Flannagan and Franklin Flannagan; two
sisters, Ada Mansfield and Irene Lyons. She was a homemaker, and a
member of the Bethel Assembly of God.
  
Survivors include her husband, Robert Gant; one son, Frank Gant, of
Salyersville; four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
  
Funeral services were held Saturday, July 7, at the Magoffin County
Funeral Home, with Sam Smith officiating.
  
Burial was at Highland Memorial Park, in Staffordsville, Kentucky.
  
Magoffin County Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
