William Cecil Frazier, 68, of Thelma, died Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2005
at his residence.
  
Born Dec. 10, 1936, in Johnson County, he was a son of the late
Stephen D. and Emma Williams Frazier. He was a maintenance supervisor
with Paintsville School and a U.S. Army veteran.
  
He was also preceded in death by four brothers, Foster Frazier,
Eugene Frazier, Bruce Frazier, and Stephen D. Frazier Jr.; and two
sisters, Clara L. Siefer and Gladys Frazier.
  
Survivors include his wife, Alice Greer Frazier of Thelma; a brother,
James Hasten Frazier of Dayton, Ohio; and four sisters, Kathleen
Denning of Dayton, Ruby Marcum of Paintsville, Verda Gore of Ashland,
and Fanny Hood of Catlettsburg.
  
Funeral services were Sunday, Oct. 2, at Phelps and Son Funeral Home,
Paintsville, with Pastor Charles Heater officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under direction
of Phelps and Son Funeral Home.
