ALEXANDER FLETCHER

Preston Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for Alexander
Boone Fletcher, 84, who died Monday, August 1 at St Mary's
Hospital, Knoxville, Tennessee.
  
Mr. Fletcher was born January 16 1910, at Calf Creek, the son of
the late Joseph and Catherine Scott Fletcher.
  
He was a store clerk.
  
Surviving are his wife, Verna Ratliff Fletcher; one son, Gary
Robert Fletcher, of New Lebanon, Ohio; one daughter, Carol Hunter
of Knoxsville; one sister, Susie Goble; and 14 grandchildren.
  
Funeral services were held Thursday, August 4 at Preston Funeral
Home Chapel with Orville Dhort officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery at Staffordsville.
