MYRTLE BARNETT

Myrtle Barnett, 84, of Paintsville, died Monday July 22, 1996 at UK
Medical Center in Lexington.

She was born November 14 1911, in Johnson County the daughter of As and
Lula Gibbs Preston.

She was proceded in death by her husband, Wardie Barnett. She is
survived by one son, James Barnett of Cape Coral, Florida; two
daughters, Rebecca Duke, and Margigrace Cottrell both of Staffordsville
two sisters, Eula Preston of Paintsville and Ethel of Cincinnati, Ohio;
and four grandchildren.

Services are today, July 24, at Paintsville Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00
a.m. with Reverend Errol Archerson and Reverend Gene Strange
officiating.

Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
