Roger L. Adams, 69, of Paintsville, died Sunday, Oct. 30, at
King's Daughters Medical Center, Ashland.
  
Born April 24, 1936, in Johnson County, he was a son of the late
Toy and Dora Lemaster Adams. He was a teacher with the Boyd County
School System and member of First United Methodist Church.
  
He was also preceded in death by a brother, Billy Ray Adams.
  
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Conley Adams of Paintsville; a
son, Toy Ray Adams of Paintsville; two sisters, Betty Baldridge
and Barbara Auxier, both of Paintsville; and two grandsons.
  
Memorial services will be at a later date. Preston Funeral Home is
in charge of arrangements.
