WILLARD FRANCIS

Willard Francis, 47, died Paintsville on March 16.
  
The former auto
mechanic and World War II veteran was buried in the Highland
Memorial Park after services at the Jones-Preston Funeral Home
Chapel on March 19. Cline Salyers was the minister.
  
Francis was a lifelong resident of Johnson County and the son of
Mont and Melvian Wallace Francis.
  
Surviving brothers and sisters include Montville Francis, Jr. of
Meally, Johnnie Francis of Staffordsville, Thomas Francis from
Greenville, Ohio, Christine Turner of Paintsville, Pauline Shelton
of Greenville, Ohio, and Alka Tackett from London, Ohio.
