Jones-Preston Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Sam
Fitch, 80.
  
Mr. Fitch was born August 30, 1909 in Johnson County, the son of
Isadore and Fannie Cooper Fitch.  He was a retired, self-employed
painter.
  
Surviving are one daughter, Janie Hitcock of Paintsville; one
brother, Norman Fitch, of Ypsilanti, Michigan; three sisters, Ruby
Wells, of Tutor Key, Ruth Meade, of Ash- land, and Sebra Caudill,
of Ohio; and two grandchildren.
  
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 21, at 10 a.m.,
in Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel with Don Fraley Officiating.
  
Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
